The farmhouse sleeps 8 people.

We do not accept pet visitors.

Rental Rates

Nightly rate (this rate applies 2-4 night stays) -- $300.00 per night plus 5.5 percent WI sales tax. We have a two night minimum stay. and three night minimum stay during holiday weekends.

Weekly rate (this rate applies to 5-7 night stays) -- $1,500.00 plus 5.5 percent WI sales tax.

You may reserve Spring Green Farm by providing a 50% deposit of the total rental fee. You may pay using credit cards (via paypal) or personal check. In addition, renters pay a $300 security deposit which is refunded after the house is checked out. Full payment is due 45 days prior to the reservation. Should you cancel the reservation more than 45 days in advance of your booking, you will receive a full refund, minus a $200 administrative fee. No refunds are given if the cancellation occurs within 45 days of the reservation. If we are able to book the Farm for the full period of your reservation, you will receive a full refund minus a $200 administrative fee.

Normal check in time is after 4:00 p.m. and check out is 12:00 noon. We are flexible with check in and check out times if there are not other guests arriving.

For the comfort and health of other guests the house is smoke free. To respect the land and our neighbors please refrain from ATV, snowmobile, and firearm use on Spring Green Farm.

Our home rental rates are absolutely non negotiable and based on our extensive analysis of our rental expenses, home size and the local rental market.
